  Needed to buy a 25Hp outboard after being stranded when our inboard transmission failed. They happened to have a used outboard which fit our needs and which they were very happy to get rid of. The purchase went well but when we installed the motor, the gas tank (which they had fitted the hose to) leaked badly and motor kept stalling. When we called to ask them to replace the fitting, we were told that they "couldn't deliver parts" all over the place. They knew we were stranded at a Marina 15 minutes away by car!! We had to rent a car to go have the fitting replaced!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! When we spoke to other boaters, everyone we spoke to had a very bad opinion of this business. Now we understand why!! Once they have your money they couldn't care less about you!!

  Excellent customer service. The sales person was knowledge and helpful. Did not have to wait to have sales staff approach us.
